Halloween Celebration and Parade (2023)
Celebrate Halloween and the Fall season with all of your neighbors!
We’ll have live music from our popular “Milo Simon and Friends” band who will play some favorite tunes as well as spooky-inspired music. Throughout the event we will have face painting, arts and crafts, a photo-op area, and select refreshments for enjoyment.
The day will be capped off by the Grand Halloween Kids Costume Parade and a group photo!
Garden Tour
Come see amazing landscaping, hardscaping, flower gardens, native plants, vegetable gardens, and much more that our neighborhood has to offer. This is a great way to not only get ideas for your own properties, but also to meet your neighbors.
This is a self-guided tour with 11 home gardens on the list for you to enjoy. Here is a link to the 11 gardens on the tour which is interactive. Just click on each home icon on the map and it will give you the address along with a description of the garden. There will also be some printed maps at each house on the list or you are welcome to print your own.

This New Year's Eve, light up the neighborhood with lanterns/luminaries and go for a stroll through our community between 6-7:30 p.m.!
To make the neighborhood light up we need your participation:
Set out lanterns or luminaries outside of your house on New Year's Eve.
Set up some chairs on your front lawn to greet passers-by and even offer small treats for neighbors passing by, like cookies, hot chocolate or wine!
Or just enjoy the beauty.
